This document contains the full rules and conditions for using the 9king platform. Every member who registers and uses 9king services is considered to have read, understood and agreed to all the terms stated here. Please read carefully before you start playing.
What These Terms Cover
The 9king Terms and Conditions cover six main areas that govern the relationship between the platform and its members.
Account Eligibility
Only individuals aged 21 and above who reside in permitted countries are eligible to register an account. Each user may only hold one active account at any one time.
Bonus Terms
All bonuses, including the 200% welcome bonus up to RM888, are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. This condition applies uniformly.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum deposit is RM30 and minimum withdrawal is RM100 for all payment methods. Withdrawal processing time is between 10 to 45 minutes depending on the method chosen.
Account Security
Users are responsible for keeping their password and login details confidential. 9king will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from the user's own disclosure of account information.
Account Closure
9king reserves the right to suspend or close accounts suspected of fraud, money laundering, or breaching the terms of use. A review process will be carried out before any action is taken.
Terms Amendments
9king reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Notifications will be sent to registered members. Continued use of the platform after an amendment means the user accepts the new terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 9king platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other interface provided by 9king — you hereby fully and unconditionally agree to all provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and 9king as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 9king platform.
This document should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Guide of 9king, all of which form the complete agreement between both parties.
Account Registration
To use 9king services in full, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete and current information. The information requested includes your full name, active mobile number, email address, and a secure password of your choice.
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different identities — is a serious breach of the terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
Identity Verification
9king reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of your identification card (MyKad) or passport at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension.
Password Security
Members are fully responsible for the security of their account password. Passwords must be chosen carefully and must not be shared with any party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
Age and Eligibility
The 9king platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. Registration, use, or any form of participation by individuals below this age limit is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
9king enforces a strict policy to protect young people. Any account suspected of being registered or used by an underage individual will be closed immediately and all balances in that account will be forfeited without exception.
In addition to the age requirement, users must also reside in a region or jurisdiction that does not prohibit participation in online gambling activities. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their participation does not breach any applicable local laws.
Deposits and Withdrawals
9king accepts deposits and withdrawals through a range of payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Standard withdrawals
All withdrawals are subject to security checks and compliance with the terms. 9king reserves the right to hold withdrawals that require additional verification, particularly for new accounts or high-value transactions. The bank account or e-wallet registered must be in the same name as the 9king account holder.
Any attempt to use a payment method not belonging to the registered user, or to transfer funds through a third party, is prohibited and may result in account closure.
Bonuses and Promotions
9king offers various incentives to registered members, subject to specific conditions for each promotion. Bonuses are offered for gameplay purposes only and may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount received before any withdrawal related to that bonus can be processed.
Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering required: RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 before bonus withdrawal. Another example: Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM1,888 → Wagering required: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.
VIP Programme and Weekly Cashback
Active members are eligible to join the 9king VIP programme which consists of five tiers: Bronze (cashback up to 0.2% weekly), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%), and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Tier progression is based on gameplay activity and member loyalty. The exact cashback rate is determined by the member's current tier.
Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including opening multiple accounts, using automated software, or betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without real risk, is strictly prohibited. 9king reserves the right to cancel bonuses and reject withdrawals if abuse is confirmed.
Game Rules
All games offered on the 9king platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and table games — have specific rules set by their respective software providers. In the event of a conflict between 9king's general rules and the rules of a specific game, the game's rules shall apply in the context of that game.
All games use certified random number generators (RNG) or live game systems provided by accredited providers. 9king does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.
In the event of a technical disruption such as an internet disconnection or server failure while a game is in progress, 9king's policy is to resolve the round based on the state of the game at the time the disruption occurred. Results that have been recorded by the system are final.
User Conduct
Members are required to behave responsibly and ethically while using the 9king platform. The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
Fraud and Manipulation
Any form of fraud, including the use of unauthorised third-party software, automated bots, or attempts to hack into the 9king system.
Money Laundering
Using the 9king platform as a channel for money laundering or illegal financing in any form.
False Information
Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or the identity verification process.
System Interference
Any attempt to disrupt, hack, or impair the normal functioning of the 9king platform or related systems.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 9king platform, including but not limited to website design, logos, graphics, text, source code, software, and brand names, is the exclusive property of 9king or its licensors.
Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, upload, or use any content from the 9king platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 9king. Limited, non-commercial personal use is permitted provided that appropriate attribution is given.
Limitation of Liability
9king provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties that the service will be entirely free from disruptions, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond 9king's control.
9king will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use this platform, including losses arising from internet service disruptions, user device failures, or other external factors.
9king's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
Account Termination
Members may close their account at any time by contacting the 9king customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and compliance with all applicable requirements.
9king also reserves the right to terminate a member's account for specific reasons, including breaches of these terms, suspected fraud, or on the instruction of a competent authority. In the event of termination by 9king, any legitimate funds belonging to the member — after deducting any outstanding liabilities — will be returned.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with legal principles recognised under the international licence held by 9king. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved first through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the relevant body.
Users agree that use of this platform is at their own risk and that they are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with the local laws of their respective jurisdictions. 9king operates under a valid international licence.
